Empowering Transformative Experiences
After a string of successful startup companies and venture capital investments, Dawn and Dave Gross have shifted their focus to philanthropy. When they reflect on their professional and personal success, their thoughts turn to the people who helped them get here; family, friends, mentors, champions and heros. Their goal is to pay-it-forward by providing young entrepreneurs and those with special needs with positive, transformative experiences to help them achieve their potential. Through programming and giving, NewCo Foundation has provided millions of dollars for special needs populations and young entrepreneurs in Ventura County. If they aren't traveling or at a Dodger game, you will probably find them hosting guests in the tasting room of their distillery in Camarillo, Hiatus Craft House.
